Steve Anthony, a 1992 graduate of the University of Georgia, has a rich and diverse background in the construction industry. Steve grew up in the residential trades where he cultivated a passion for working with his hands. Transitioning into commercial work in his late twenties, Steve moved to Columbus, Georgia in 1997 as a project manager for a prominent Atlanta-based general contractor on the TSYS Corporate Campus.

In 1999, Steve decided to put down permanent roots in Columbus and accepted a position with Hal Averett, a highly renowned local custom homebuilder. Here Steve gained invaluable experience managing numerous challenging projects, refining his skills in fine homebuilding and quality construction.

In 2006, Steve Anthony Construction Inc. (SAC Inc.) was founded, embarking on a successful journey building a diverse array of projects for discriminating clients throughout the region. With a regimented commitment to excellence, Steve fosters a collaborative work environment, consistently delivering superior results through a dedicated team and meticulous attention to architectural principles and detail. Integrity, quality, value and sustainability are the cornerstones of Steve Anthony Construction Inc.’s ethos. Steve Anthony is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama to best serve his clients.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Steve is actively involved in the community, having served on multiple civic, professional and governmental boards. A family man with two grown children and a wonderful wife, Steve enjoys his dogs, the outdoors, reading, travel and Georgia Football.
